Feature Requests

For drop in sessions. Would be awesome for a family father like myself, who plays casually on random times.

On a coach's profile, a percentage should be shown indicating how often they request to reschedule sessions they've already accepted. I've had coaches try to reschedule sessions last minute a few times now, and I think this stat would allow students to see how reliable a coach is, and discourage coaches from accepting sessions without actually checking their schedules first.

The expert would then need to: be able to record themselves doing the analysis, screen + audio + mic (ideal) Then, it would be uploaded by the expert to the Replay Review system so more comments/timestamps/drawings afterwards (by the expert or student)

Make tipping optional but not the default setting. If you were at a restaurant would you like it if the server added his tip to the bill himself, before the meal was even served? The current automatic adding of a tip feels like a dark pattern.

Wow is a big category with many different coaches, some display their classes, expertise, areas clearly in logo etc - others do not. I’m not sure I want categories because then a great coach who doesn’t specialize in a particular spec might not show up, but I want searching. If I want someone to coach me to get great with spec x, I’ll have to click through so many coaches and sort through unclear info to find someone that seems to work >in this area< (e.g. mythic+ tanking) and then to get someone that seems like a good coach for me and my spec? I need much better searching. Search for specs, search for activities, search for other keywords etc.

Change "redeem now" to "redeem X/Y sessions now" - wording "redeem now" makes it seem as though you are doing all Y even though you are only scheduling X

It'd be very valuable to filter the coaches by availability. The only reason I don't book more metafy sessions is because it's unfriendly UX to someone looking for a coach in the next few hours. You have to start a booking process with every coach in order to see their availability.

Make it more intuitive and easier to find where to book on existing training plan!!!!! I can never find where to book my next lesson.

I would like to send a friend a coach's training plan as a gift.

I would like to see a feature to upload VoDs for normal live sessions, not as a requirement, but as an additional feature. Implement the same system that Replay review uses, as of right now i have to ask for the client to upload on google drive or Youtube which draws back some of the Premium feeling of the service. Since the system is already implemented the Replay review it shouldn't be much work making it a feature of the Live sessions as well. -ShulkN
