Allow upload of non-video formats to replay reviews (such as .replay or replay codes)

The expert would then need to:
- be able to record themselves doing the analysis, screen + audio + mic (ideal)
- Then, it would be uploaded by the expert to the Replay Review system so more comments/timestamps/drawings afterwards (by the expert or student)
