Please have there be a text only option no audio no video. I just want to give my students homework and words of encouragement without having to boot up video everytime. I would heavily appreciate it :)

Text Session Summaries

-ability to do just text “Sessions Summary” no audio/video required. You could make it so it is just 1 step for those who want to text only. I have to do this via discord currently

I definitely understand the desire for this one. Here's a few thoughts on how we think about session summaries and why we started with the approach we did:
- There is a big dopamine hit when a student gets a personalized video or audio message from their coach, even more so if it's a favorite player/streamer of theirs on top of being a coach. This doesn't hit the same with text only, which educational principles suggest it won't max the benefits, which include increased student retention, greater chance at receiving a tip, etc.
- The video/audio messages along with brief, text-based tasks is the best educational combo to give students both the benefits from above in addition to a clear path to improvement
We're going to let this continue to settle through January and see how the results play out before we make any additional changes. We hope you all see the reasoning and this connects the way we all hope it does!

Jeremy Gracik: I feel like the option to do one or both is helpful, especially for regular students we have where they just want the notes, and we see them regularly anyways so the novelty of the voice memo isn't really there anymore

FlowStateGG: Really great point. Scoping out the project now and working on what will be the best new experience for students and the best ongoing use case for experts/coaches.
