Heyo! I coach VA/MW/CW. For WZ I simply have MW put down as the game and then Warzone as a selectable option. It's not technically it's own title but it kinda is so I understand the confusion so if you see MW on my profile it refers to both MW public/comp and WZ. Hope this helps :)
